Hotel accommodation for participants of APM 2022 will be offered in the hotels “Sputnik” and “Orbita” located not far from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.

The Conference Secretariat ensures hotel accommodation only if you book accommodation in your Personal area (section Hotel Reservation) before June 10, 2022. If the information is given after this date the Conference Secretariat has the right to alter reservations in case the preferable hotel is no longer available.

PLEASE NOTE:
– The period of guaranteed reservation is June 19 – June 25, 2022. If you want to stay before or/and after this period or in the rooms of other categories please contact the conference manager.
– The whole period of your stay in the hotel “Sputnik” and “Orbita” should be fully paid in advance before or on June 10, 2022 in order to guarantee accommodation.
– Hotel reservation will be confirmed ONLY after receiving first night prepayment or guarantee letter .

To book hotel accommodation and make payment you should first register online. Enter your Personal area using your login and password, click “Hotel Reservation”, make your choice and fill in the required fields.
If for any reason you can not make your hotel reservation online or have any questions concerning hotel accommodation please contact the conference manager: apm@onlinereg.ru.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations of hotel accommodation should be sent in written form ONLY to the Conference Service Agency Monomax PCO by e-mail: apm@onlinereg.ru.
CANCELLATION TERMS
In case of cancellation before and on June 10, 2022 no fee is charged, the whole sum except banking costs is refunded;
In case of cancellation after June 10, 2022 the cost of 1 night stay is charged.
All refunds are made within 2 weeks after the conference.
ALL BANKING COSTS ARE COVERED BY THE PARTICIPANT.
